The Greasy Spoon Soulfood Bistro Pearland Hosts Their First Annual Gospel Brunch & Fall Festival

Coined one of Houston’s Top 10 Tastiest Soul food restaurants by Houstonia Magazine, The Greasy Spoon Soulfood Bistro (TGS) is excited to announce their 1st annual Gospel Brunch and Fall Festival in conjunction with Praise 92.1 FM. TGS is inviting Pearland, Houston, and families from all surrounding communities for a free, fun, family friendly event that will take place on Sunday, November 20th at the Pearland location from 12:00PM-4:00PM.

Guests of all ages are encouraged to RSVP to enjoy live Dj, carnival games and rides, bouncy houses, arts and crafts and much more. TGS Owner, Max Bozeman II, has also invited local vendors to participate in the Fall Festival as a part of their small business showcase.

Max has always had a love for the community and serving in various capacities whether it’s his involvement in providing food to the homeless, helping over 50 families during the Houston snowstorm, giving high school seniors a helping hand during their graduation year, or helping to employ those that are in need of jobs. During his first year of opening The Greasy Spoon, Max was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer which was devastating for him and his family, but during that time, he continued to serve the community and he strongly believes that has kept him going. Bozeman is thrilled to host his first community event in the City of Pearland and hopes to see everyone there!

About The Greasy Spoon:
Owner, Max Bozeman II has been in the restaurant & hospitality industry for over a decade. The initial seed was sown as a preteen, as he worked in his family’s restaurant on the weekends. He grew to become infatuated with business and the idea of adding value to people.

The Greasy Spoon Soulfood Bistro is his first solo endeavor. It’s his “baby”. His vision is to “Elevate the Culture of Southern Cuisine”, by curating a five-star experience that accompanies traditional southern comfort dishes, which are loved beyond cultural boundaries.
